CP_25-006: Coinage Board Approval: 0xJeff

As a Limited Cooperative Association formed in the state of Colorado, Coinage Coop (Coinage) is required to nominate and elect board members from our membership. Over the course of the last year, we have interacted with amazing builders all over the world and are now taking the step of nominating a few of our existing members to board positions to ensure Coinage remains compliant and is held accountable via an independent board composed of some of our earliest members.

Board nominees will be formally appointed if approved by a two-thirds (67%) super-majority vote.

Nominee Statement: Hi, my name is 0xJeff and I'm a Coinage Network member. My background: I'm a US Navy veteran and have worked as a network engineer in both defense and banking. I worked at Silvergate when it was attacked and shut down. I've long had a passion for disruptive technology, which brought me to learn about Ethereum and Bitcoin in 2015. I currently spend most of my time in DeFi and some angel investing.
