CP_25-008: Coinage Board Approval: Blake Minho Kim

As a Limited Cooperative Association (Cooperative) formed in the state of Colorado, Coinage Coop (Coinage) is required to nominate and elect board members from our membership. Over the course of the last year, we have interacted with amazing builders all over the world and are now taking the step of nominating a few of our existing members to board positions to ensure Coinage remains compliant and is held accountable via an independent board composed of some of our earliest members.

Board nominees will be formally appointed if approved by a two-thirds (67%) super-majority vote.

Nominee Statement: Hey all, I'm Blake, co-founder of Myosin.xyz, the ultimate marketing network helping scale onchain companies, blockchains, and the ecosystem at large. I'm super passionate about the potential that well-run DAOs can unlock, and have been a big fan of Coinage since its early days. I think there's a lot of potential for what can be unlocked, especially as this market picks up again, and having high quality community-owned journalism will be more important than ever. As a leader of a global decentralized marketing org that's been around for 3 years now, I think I'd be a valuable member of the Coinage board, and would love to contribute!
