Create a new token to be used for Raffles

This token would be used to enter raffles for other project tokens, or the new token itself.

This token would be paired with CEUS on Voltage. You can buy this token with your current CEUS holdings. You can also buy this token directly with FUSE which, via routing on the dex, would be a CEUS buy then a NEW TOKEN buy. FUSE <-> CEUS <-> NEW TOKEN

This would provide an additional market for CEUS, CEUS/NEW TOKEN, and add volume. It would also add to the FUSE ecosystem with an additional project token.

TOKENOMICS: 0% TAX Total Supply TBD Starting price, 1 CEUS = 100 NEW TOKEN

RAFFLES: 10% Entry Fee for drawings would be burned.

90% Tokens added back to LP; 50% sold to CEUS, 50% paired back into LP.

Raffles would cost 1 NEW TOKEN to enter, with unlimited entries.

Prizes could be a range of different possibilities: "Enter to win 1,000 CEUS", "Enter to win $100 fUSD", "Enter to win X amount of Y Token".

This feature/product/service can be "sold" to other projects. They can create a raffle, on-chain, where they promote a giveaway of their tokens.
