Team Member Rewards Lockers

The goal is to recruit and retain highly motivated community members. Some of that motivation comes in the form of monetary payment.

This proposal is to determine wether or not we should offer team members some type of rewards locker, and if yes, what kind.

Future proposals will include who and how much.
