Refund All 3 Unlaunched Movement Rally Projects

Following recent events involving Movement Labs — including the suspension of its co-founder, Rushi Manche, and ongoing investigations into a controversial market maker deal — we’ve taken time to reassess our position regarding the Movement Rally initiative.

At Colony, community trust is paramount. Early-Stage platform was built with safeguards to protect participants.

Given the current uncertainty and to uphold our commitment to transparency and accountability, this vote proposes refunding the three Movement Rally projects that have not yet launched.

A “For” vote means: You support refunding all three unlaunched Movement Rally projects.

An “Against” vote means: You do not support refunds and prefer to keep your contributions in the projects while awaiting their respective token launches. You acknowledge that no refunds will be possible in the future.

Voting power is assigned based on how much each wallet contributed to the 3 Movement Rally projects (USDC invested), using a weighted tier system.
