Should DAO Club unlock its $CLUB token?

DAO Club's native $CLUB token is currently locked and non-transferable. $CLUB tokens cannot currently be bought or sold by anyone.

PROS:

• The governance process is more resilient against malicious vote-buying.
• Only those who complete Season 1 and proceed onto Season 2 are eligible to join the DAO. This upfront time and commitment (sweat equity) makes the Club more exclusive.

CONS:

• It makes DAO Club a semi-closed organisation, without any new members being able to buy their way in (potentially making the DAO less diverse).
• It limits the scope of activities DAO Club can carry out. We cannot incentivise or compensate outsiders with the $CLUB token as it has no value when locked.

Based on the above, please vote either 'FOR' or 'AGAINST' unlocking the $CLUB token.
