Synopsis

This proposal is only a test for new governance flow and tools, not a real proposal.

Motivation

The DAOSquare governance flow is a bit complicated. It should be streamlined to make it simpler for community members to participate in community governance, and increase the efficiency of governance.

Specification

Redesign the governance flow, tools, and even governor membership.
