Short Description (What) This proposal is about DKP3 reward for those newbie in community who willing to be the Cafeteria role.

Motivation (Why) Usually, Quiz is the only way to allow new members of DAOSquare community to get their first DKP3 to join community as real member. By the current mechanism, Quiz activity just only provide 3 DKP3 to winers of quiz. That means they just only have enough DKP3 to get the passport (3 DKP3 required), but not enough DKP3 to get the Cafeteria (5 DKP3 required). Assuming some people interested to become a Cafeteria directly, although they followed all rules but will not be able to get it. This goes against the spirit of being permissionless. So, it’s a flawed system.

Specification (How) Up the DKP3 reward of Quiz activity to 5. That means, each winer will get 5 DKP3 in a Quiz activity.
