NMDP 9: Add Karpatkey as DAO Treasury Multisig Signer

Summary

The Nexus Mutual DAO Treasury was created in 2021 to fund the protocol's development, growth, awareness, and adoption. When the DAO Treasury was created, members voted to elect members to serve as multisig signers for the DAO treasury multisig. Four years is a lifetime in DeFi, and we're grateful for the members who have served and those that continue to serve as the Mutual's DAO Treasury multisig signers.

To update the list of multisig signers, BraveNewDeFi proposes that members vote to replace Lasse Clausen with Sisyphos of karpatkey as a multisig signer for the Nexus Mutual DAO Treasury.

Specification

In August 2024, members voted to onboard karpatkey as the DAO's treasury management service provider.

Since karpatkey was onboarded, they have worked with the DAO teams to create an additional DAO Treasury Safe with Zodiac Roles Modifier enabled, so karpatkey can manage funds held in that Safe per the whitelisted strategies approved by the DAO teams. Karpatkey has provided regular updates to members and has been a responsive service provider for the DAO.

If members vote to approve this NMDP proposal, the DAO will replace Lasse Clausen with Sisyphos of karpatkey as a multisig signer for the Nexus Mutual DAO Treasury for the two (2) following Safes used to self-custody DAO Treasury funds:
