Buyback $wnxm with $ldo $gal..

Would propose to buyback $wnxm at maximum 0.015 eth per $wnxm with $ldo and $gal in the community fund multisig treasury.

Imo more value accretive to the mutual, and buying below book value of 0.0225 eth, and selling $ldo at $1.6bn fully diluted seem alright, similarly for $gal there is even more strong rationale to dump for $wnxm.
