Should we replace Krugman as the Nexus Treasury multi-sig signer with BraveNewDeFi?

Krugman has requested to retire as a Nexus Treasury multi-sig signer. The proposal seeks to remove Krugman from the list of multi-sig signers and add BraveNewDeFi as a signer.

Since Krugman will no longer be serving as a multi-sig signer, another member needs to take his place.

The original structure for the Nexus Treasury multi-sig was:

• 1 team member
• 3 VCs
• 3 Community members

Now that Krugman wants to retire as one of the community member signers, BraveNewDeFi has been proposed as the replacement on the Nexus Treasury multi-sig.
