conk has its strength among fantom community as below:

1. it's wellknown among fantom communities
2. it's establish by known NFT artist pocong
3. it's low mcap

weakness:

1. messy management of social media and marketing
2. lack of involvement of big influencer

My suggestion;

1. get the founder pocong into conklavers first
2. get more influncial ppl on board such as roosh, ac and etc.
3. set the only goal which is to promote macket cap of conk
4. stop any defi development at this stage and save funds for farming or buyback
