009 - TRAX Airdrop Campaign

Proposal Summary: Contrax will hold airdrop campaigns across Intract, Galaxe, Guild, and other platforms in order to distribute the TRAX token to the wider crypto & DeFi community. Then, Contrax will airdrop TRAX to those who completed quests and to xTRAX holders, with TRAX being the upgraded DAO token of the project.

Details:

The Contrax DAO will airdrop a percentage of its supply to those who complete quests, DAO tasks, or hold xTRAX tokens. The management of the campaign, the the platforms to launch on, and the distribution percentage and methodology will be decided by the tokenomics committee within the framework of a fair and equitable distribution to all contributors.

The main goal of the quests is to bring in users and community members to the product. The key metrics to grow are the TVL of the platform, the wallets on the platform, the X/Twitter followers of the project, and the Discord members of the community server. Points will decided by the tokenomics committee in ratio of value to each other (a 20 point task should be twice as valuable to the project as a 10 point task), with the corresponding airdrop amounts to be decided by the committee at the end of the campaign.

The campaign will start on approximately on February 1st with Intract, and continue on various platforms for approximately 2 months. The airdrop should then occur within a reasonable timeframe as decided by the tokenomics committee, based on the technical development of the TRAX token to adapt the capabilities as laid out in Proposal 007.

TRAX tokens will be earnable via the airdrop quests, staking on Contrax (with xTRAX marking the airdrop amounts), or by completing tasks for the DAO set by the committee on Notion or elsewhere.

The airdropped token will be the TRAX token as described in Proposals 002 & 007. It will be on Arbitrum One and will use the xERC-20 standard to allow for seamless bridging to other L2s in the future.
