008 - Full Service Agreement

Proposal Summary: The full terms from ⁠004-service-agreement have been provided by the lawyer of Leios, and reviewed by @Fariah Amin to ensure they make sense for both Leios & Contrax. The commitee must now vote on adopting the service agreement.

Details: The high level of this can be found in the proposal 004, and the detailed proposal is the actual service agreement attached (on the discussion page). If this proposal passes, a representative from Contrax will have to sign it on behalf of the committee (anyone can volunteer for this).
