Grant authority to Nick Rishwain to sign lease on behalf of CougarDAO LLC

In our 2nd project on real estate property interests, we're planning to lease a space (Suite 809) from Silk Road Hospitality, LLC, at 9 North Second Street, commonly referred to as Exchange 901.

The goal of signing this lease is the operation of a short term rental (Airbnb) business. I.e. we CougarDAO LLC leases suite 809 from Silk Road Hospitality, LLC, on a month to month basis. CougarDAO LLC then subleases the suite to short term renters.

YES answer GRANTS Nick Rishwain authority to act on behalf of CougarDAO LLC and sign the lease.

NO answer REJECTS Nick Rishwain's authority to act on behalf of CougarDAO LLC and the lease will not be signed.
