What

DAO allocates funds for two Core Lords to attend the next StarkWare Sessions. Funds will only cover travel expenses--conference tickets, plane/train tickets, taxi to/from airport, and hotel for the days of the conference.

Justification

StarkWare Sessions (SS) is a gathering of hundreds of developers and community members. At SS Tel Aviv, Realms was mentioned in talks and displayed in presentations at least four times, and likely more. Realms is getting attention, and it's important to have presence at these events. Core Lords can network with the community, show off the game, and event scout for devs who might contribute to Realms.

Note: this proposal is for the next SS only, not a recurring allocation for all future events.

FAQ

Who will attend?

Core Lords will decide between themselves which two members will attend. Expectation is the attendees are active contributors to the project.

How will reimbursement work?

To receive reimbursement, Core Lords will post a list of their expenses to the Discord. Likewise, the DAO will post a link to the payment transaction to the Discord.

Expenses before/after the event covered?

No. If the attendees wish to add vacation days before or after the event, those expenses are on their own dime.
