GGP-0056: Approval of Graph Horizon GIPs

This proposal seeks Council approval of the following GIPs associated with the launch of Graph Horizon, the next evolution of The Graph Network architecture: • GIP-0066: Graph Horizon Overview • GIP-0068: Subgraph Service • GIP-0085: Horizon Arbitration Charter

These GIPs define the core mechanisms of Graph Horizon, including the introduction of the Subgraph Service, updated roles and responsibilities for network participants, and a new arbitration charter tailored to Horizon’s architecture.

Note: This vote is intended to expedite Council approval of the proposed GIPs. Implementation planning is still in progress, and the rollout will be carefully coordinated with Indexers, the TAB, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

Council approval will mark a key milestone in activating the Horizon upgrade path.
