Revolutionary Decentralized Community First Proposal to Empower Shibarium's Growth:

Welcome to the Council of Dogs (CoD) DAO, where loyalty, inclusivity, and innovation are at the heart of our decentralized community.

As we prepare for the launch of Shibarium, our first proposal is to establish a decentralized identity verification system that allows users to verify their identity securely and without the need for centralized authority.

By using the CoD token to incentivize users to verify their identity and earn rewards for doing so, we believe we can contribute to the growth and success of the Shibarium ecosystem and the Shiba Inu token.

Membership: Anyone can become a member of the CoD DAO by holding a minimum amount (0.5%) of CoD tokens. The CoD token will be used as the primary means of governance within the DAO.

Voting: Members can vote on proposals using their CoD tokens. The number of tokens required to participate in a vote will be determined by the CoD community. Votes will be conducted on-chain using a secure and decentralized voting system.

Proposals: Any member of the CoD DAO can submit a proposal for consideration by the community. Proposals will be subject to a review process and must comply with the CoD community's values. Proposals will be submitted on-chain using a decentralized proposal system that ensures transparency and accountability.

Decision-making: Decisions will be made by a simple majority vote. In the event of a tie, the CoD community will hold another vote to break the tie. Once a proposal is approved, it will be executed on-chain using smart contracts.

Transparency: All proposals, votes, and decisions will be publicly visible on the blockchain, ensuring transparency and accountability within the CoD DAO. The DAO will also publish regular updates on its activities and progress towards achieving its goals.

Interaction with future utilities: The CoD DAO will be closely integrated with the Shibarium ecosystem and will support a wide range of decentralized utilities. Members of the CoD community will be able to propose and vote on the development of new utilities that benefit the Shibarium ecosystem, such as decentralized identity verification, reputation systems, oracles, and insurance systems.
