Grant Description

This grant application seeks to retrospectively cover ongoing contributions from August 2024 through October 2024

The proposed grant will cover:

1. Arrears payment for the performance-related pay increase backdated to July 1, 2024.
2. Continued monthly payments at the updated base salary.

Grant Goals and Impact

During this period, I will:

• Finalise the residual settlement wrapper contract and hardhat to Foundy test migration by 18th October 2024.
• Complete the cow-shed deployment and provide responsive support to front-end teams and integrators until 31st October 2024.
• Conduct a dedicated research week (14th to 18th October 2024) to dive deep into CoW Protocol decentralisation.
• Ensure a smooth off-boarding process while maintaining ad-hoc support at 1/3 capacity for any final queries and touch-ups.

Milestones

• Residual Settlement Wrapper Contract: Full operational handover and documentation by 18th October 2024.
• Hook Store Deployment: Completed deployment and ongoing integrator support.
• Research Week: Deliver actionable insights for CoW Protocol decentralisation by 18th October 2024.
• Off-boarding: Final off-boarding from CoW platforms by 31st October 2024.

Funding Request

I propose the following funding structure for the period August 2024 to October 2024:

Arrears: Base pay adjustment occurred from 1st July, with an increase of €10,000 per annum, therefore a one-off arrears payment of €833.33 for the period 1st July - 31st July 2024. Monthly Compensation: From 1st August to 31st October 2024, payments of €10,104.16 per month.
