I propose that we ask all the new joiners to drop their portfolio + social media links in the #talent-pool channel where currently a group of us who normally do the onboarding can all review profiles and get input from each other regarding each person's suitability for our DAO. Once there's collective consensus, we get back to the suitable candidates and grant them the @CRE8R role.
