ETH at idle

I propose we use send our ETH to Fantom, deposit it into Hundred finance, borrow 30% of the value in USDT and deposits that to farm more HND tokens.

When we unwind this position we will have more debt than collateral, so we may need to sell some HND tokens to cover this debt increase.

we can simply put the ETH 50% into beefy mooscreamETH 5% apy (at this time) moogeistETH 11% apy
