Reduce Creditum fee from 0.5% to 0%?

Proposal Number 2:

We propose to lower the current mint fee for Creditum from 0.5% to 0%.

This change in mint fee will help Creditum to stay competitive with other CDP(Collateralized Debt Position) protocols, to better integrate with vaultes i.e. Reaper, and to make the platform appeal to a wider variety of users in general.

Currently, mint fees only account for ~10% of revenue generated. If the proposal passes, Creditum's sole revenue source will be from interest payments from loan repayments. The team believes that the loss of revenue from mint fees will be compensated by the increase in TVL generated from this change.
