Retroactive Inclusion of Sergii with Paladin NFT (Re-submission) + Paladin NFT for Eric Cayce

Summary

This proposal re-submits the original vote “Retroactive Inclusion of Sergii with Paladin NFT” (which failed due to missing quorum) and adds one item.

We ask the DAO to:

1. Confirm retroactive Paladin status + Paladin NFT for Sergii Kravchenko, for his early work on Creed’s ideation at ConsenSys Diligence and his audit contributions with Creed.
2. Mint/assign a Paladin NFT to Eric Cayce, as he joins the collective as a Sage and takes an active role in helping Creed scale its work and relationships in the ecosystem.

If approved

• Sergii is formally recognized as a Paladin and receives his Paladin NFT (retroactively).
• Eric receives a Paladin NFT as part of his Sage onboarding, aligning his role, permissions, and contribution tracking with the rest of the collective.
