Creed Quarterly Token Distribution – Q3 2025 (Correction)

Summary

This proposal corrects the previously approved Q3 2025 Creed token distribution. We realized that Gonçalo Sá’s allocation omitted part of a deal tied to illiquid asset allocations.

This vote updates only Gonçalo’s CREED allocation and the total Q3 mint. All other allocations remain unchanged.

Original Q3 figures for Gonçalo Sà:

• USD-pegged contribution: $91,000.00
• Original allocation: 41,714 CREED

Corrected allocation (including illiquid component):

• New allocation: 53,174 CREED
• Increase: +11,460 CREED (≈ +1.15% dilution on the pre-distribution supply)

Updated Mint & Dilution

Original proposal:

• Supply before distribution: 995,000 CREED
• Original Q3 mint: 469,295 CREED
• Quarterly dilution: 47.17%

With the correction:

• Updated Q3 mint: 469,295 + 11,460 = 480,755 CREED
• Updated total supply after distribution: 995,000 + 480,755 = 1,475,755 CREED
• Updated quarterly dilution: ≈ 48.32%

Only Gonçalo’s line item and the total Q3 mint are modified.

What This Vote Authorizes

If approved, this vote will:

1. Adjust Gonçalo’s allocation to 53,174 CREED.
2. Increase the Q3 2025 mint to 480,755 CREED.
3. Reflect these changes in the minting transactions to be executed.
