Hire Cooley LLP for restructure of the Creed and Rebellion legal entities

Summary After interviewing new law firms we’d like to switch from Day One Law to Cooley LLP. Their hourly rate is $1,675. Cooley will help us create a holding company that is investable and will fully own the Creed entity and the founders' treasury shares.

Breakdown of costs: Legal fees for Cooley LLP. There is no required retainer and we pay them as we use hours to $10,000. If we exceed $10,000 a new proposal will be posted and voted upon.

Purpose & Justification We need investment to accelerate Creed's growth and not only do we not want to raise for Creed directly but also we want to build other security products. We need to establish a holding company for Rebellion.

Timeline & Milestones We will be working with the Cooley LLP team at least until we finalize the incorporation and raise for Rebellion.
