Allocate up to 0.9 ETH to Mint and Flip CROAKZ

$CRISIS currently holds 10 CrypToadz. The CROAKZ project is allowing CrypToadz holders to mint 1 CROAKZ for each CrypToadz held. Minting starts December 11th, 2021 (https://twitter.com/CROAKZ_/status/1464804184310484997) for a minting fee of 0.069.

This proposal, if approved, would allocate up to 0.69 ETH plus gas fees, not to exceed 0.9 ETH, to mint up to 10 CROAKZ. Any unused ETH will be returned to the treasury. No CROAKZ will be minted for CrypToadz that are sold prior to the CROAKZ minting date.

All CROAKZ minted will be listed immediately on OpenSea for 2x the minting cost plus gas fees. List price to be calculated as (2*0.069)+($gas_fees/$croakz_minted).
