Changing Team Structure

Recently, we got together as a DAO to review our team structure and decide if we should make any changes that would increase participation and expand the scope of what we get involved with. It was decided that a new structure could be effective in doing this.

Our current team structure:

• Membership
• Operations
• Scouting
• Security
• Charter

Proposed structure:

Research Team Focuses on exploring opportunities for the DAO, which may include buying NFTs, gaming, investing in projects, building tools, etc. Will spin up “working groups” for specific initiatives. These working groups will exist in finite time periods. (4-6 people)

Operations Team Focuses on the operation of the DAO (current team stays)

Security Team Focuses on the security of the DAO (current team stays)

Sales Team Focuses on optimizing ROI of the DAO’s assets (3-4 people) We believe that this new structure will allow for flexibility of focus and increase opportunities to get involved.

If this passes, we will take volunteers for each new Team on a future proposal.
