Changes to Multisig Signers

The CRISIS gnosis multisig (safe.crisisdao.eth) is a 3/8 multisig with BenHuh, Harper, SeanBonner, Shazow, TriciaWang, MJ, Micah, and Nicwn as signers. Due to inactivity, there is need to remove several of these members and add new members who are more active.

On Oct 18, 2023 members SeanBonner, BenHuh, and Nicwn were asked via Discord about their interest in remaining signers. As of Oct 30, 2023 none of these members have acknowledged the request.

Based solely on inactivity and unresponsiveness I propose we remove SeanBonner, BenHuh, and Nicwn as signers from the CRISIS multisig.

Also, a proposal ending Oct 11 2021 was unanimously approved to remove TriciaWang. This signer was never removed and should be removed regardless of the result of this current proposal.

Members unklesteve, and jacobdehart have volunteered to be added as signers to the multisig wallet. Several people who are members of the security team as well as current multisig signers have voiced their approval to these additions.

The net result of this proposal passing will change the list of signers as follows:

Current Signers (8 total): BenHuh, Harper, SeanBonner, Shazow, TriciaWang, MJ, Micah, and Nicwn

Proposed Signers (6 total): Harper, Shazow, MJ, Micah, unklesteve, jacobdehart
