Sell half of airdropped tokens

New Policy

When we claim airdropped tokens of non-trivial value, we should liquidate half of the tokens.

For now, let's define non-trivial as being worth more than 10% of our liquid assets (ETH/WETH + stablecoins).

Action Items

This proposal applies retroactively to airdropped tokens we have received recently with non-trivial value:

1. Sell half of the airdropped ApeCoins that we're holding.
