Create a "Sales" Committee

I propose we create a committee that will:

• determine when to sell assets;
• determine what assets to sell; and
• handle the sale of the assets.

This committee will have a minimum of three people on it, who will commit to monitoring the discords, Twitter, and other accounts that drive signal for the assets owned by the DAO. They will also propose the usage and/or creation of any tools to assist in the determination of optimum time to sell.

This committee will also be created with the understanding that much of this is experimentation and they will often be wrong in their assessment. To this end, the entire DAO membership will support the committee with information as appropriate.

If the DAO decides that such a committee is warranted, we will ask for volunteers and/or nominations to join the committee, and float a proposal to accept those individuals on the committee.
