$CORGI COIN on Base

TLDR: To 'revive' Crypto Corgis, create $CORGI Coin ($CORGI) on Base and airdrop it to Corgi holders.

Details: Dog Coins as well as Coins from NFT Projects are getting a lot of attention. Mfers put 80% into the liquidity pool along with some starting ETH, for everyone interested to buy. Remaining 20% were airdropped mostly to holders of mfer NFT's, but also to the community treasury and artists.

We propose to do something very similar ASAP, as follows:

• 75-80% of $CORGI put into the Liquidity Pool.
• Corgi DAO max 3%
• Fragosti as Corgi Artist: max 0.5%
• Dev deploying and providing initial Liquidity: max 0.5%
• eventually Airdrop to Mfer holders (for 'copying' their idea, and to get attention): max 1%
• Rest (15-20%) airdropped to Corgi NFT holders, equally divided per Corgi held (1/1 Corgis get a bonus)
