new DEX integration - COIN

Hello,

to gain more traction i would like to propose to contact a new DEX to partner with its called COIN.

They will do real cross chain trades between Coins which support HTLC and AI support for the browser extension etc. The following chains support HTLC: BTC ETH (ERC20) QTUM DCRED LTC ALGO Binance Chain BEP3 XTZ

They have a liquidity contract with coinbase means they can use for all coinbase assets the order book but as we all know coinbase doesnt have that much coins on their website but of course coins with a lot of daily volume, however based on that i could imagine people might like to create oqn LP and especially for coins which we cant access yet as Uniswap doesnt support them.

also COIN wil be a DAO in near future.
