Marketing Hire

A very productive community member who has already helped SYNC with some projects, writing, and growth hacking is proposed as a hire.

Unchained Ninja runs the cryptoguerillas.com website and has extensive experience with other DeFi and NFT projects in the space. He comes along with an impressive network of connections including influencers, and artists.

His role will be a cross between marketing strategy, growth hacking, conversion, graphics, writing and more. First pressing tasks for Unchained Ninja include but are not limited to:

• create proposals to rework the website including product presentation and conversion optimization, rewriting, infographics, etc.
• growth hacking, getting awareness for sync across different channels (integration with other projects, listing on defi platforms etc)
• business development, bringing new ideas to life, partnership strategy -UX and UI improvement within the Dapp itself. -helping with the strategy and design of the lending platform

We propose a month-to-month governance vote to keep Ninja on as a team member. As a sign-on bonus, Ninja will receive: 75,000 SYNC locked up for 30 days 75,000 SYNC locked up for 14 days

We would consider this a team hire, as he will work close with the SYNC team. The community has already enjoyed the fruits of Ninja's efforts, and the team would be excited to have him on board.
