We should begin identifying a plan of action revolving around the concept of an "Emergency Proposal".

This Emergency Proposal will have different metrics behind it. Specifically, the quorum & time aspects will be significantly lower to allow decisions to be made swiftly. If the community votes in favor of this, we will begin defining what constitutes an "Emergency Proposal" and how it is handled.

This vote will be held using "Basic Voting" vs "Single Choice Voting". Single choice voting is when each holder, regardless of weight and voting power, has to decide between a single choice and put all their weight behind that vote.

Ranked Choice Voting: Each voter may select and rank any number of choices. Results are calculated by instant-runoff counting method.

Single Choice Voting: Each voter may select only one choice.

Basic Voting: Single choice voting with three choices: For, Against, or Abstain.

Weighted Voting: Each voter may spread voting power across any number of choices.
