Should we pursue the Turo business model?

This proposal is a simple yes, no, or abstain to further pursuit of the Turo business model. Here is our document outlining how the model will work:

This proposal is meant to capture what the community's interest in the model is. Before we would begin to execute this model, we would need to answer some remaining questions in regards to exactly the type of vehicle insurance we would need, what garages we would use to store the vehicles(and their cost), and how we will source the fleet manager. (and their pay etc) With that in mind take the financial figures in the document with a grain of salt.
