HIP-001 - Token Deployment

Proposal: Allow each Hoot to "forage" 10 $TOKENs daily. This will NOT require staking and $TOKENs can be claimed at any time by the user.

This mint rate will produce: 9,000,000 $TOKENs per year. 3,600 $TOKENs per Hoot/year

$TOKEN Cap: 90,000,000 (10 Years)

Deployment:

1. Team will deploy new $TOKEN contract(s) on ETH chain that begins minting 10 $TOKEN per day to each hoot.
2. Team will deploy website to allow viewing and claiming $TOKENs available to Hoot holders.
3. Team will airdrop 300 $TOKEN per Hoot to facilitate the initial "free" genesis baby while still providing users additional options.

Background: This is the first step towards breeding and further development of the Hoot ecosystem.
