Temp check on royalty fees

Currently the royalty fee sits at 1.5% disregarding opensea's take. I'd like to guage the community's interest on raising the royalty fee when/if the token ecosystem is deployed. For context the cyberkongz sit at 2.5%.

This would help stimulate the internal token ecosystem driving more value to holders.
