Temp Check: Allow Hoot Staking for Additional Fledglings

This is an initial community temperature check on the idea of allowing the staking of Hoots to earn rewards to "hatch" babies.

There will be NO CHANGE to the initial airdrop of 1 Fledgling/Baby Hoot for each Hoot pair held.

Proposal: Currently with a max Hoot supply of 2,500 and Alpha Supply at 50 the maximum number of babies is 1,275. In reality the number will be much less due to holders with odd numbers of Hoots.

Enabling additional Babies to be "hatched" through "nesting" Hoots will slowly increase supply providing great access to our community and potentially Shufflemint NFT Studio.

It will also allow Hoot holder to extract continued value from the Hoots they hold though the production of offspring and possibly a staking currency tradable on the open market.

Increasing the supply of babies from the current max does have the potential of lowering the value of individual fledglings but this should be offset by continued rewards to Hoot holders.

Should the community approve this proposal we will move forward on designing the staking mechanic and "perks" associated with fledgling ownership. Community feedback will drive the design to ensure the majority agrees with the design and direction via additional votes.

A followup vote will be held with an initial design proposal.
