HIP-002 - Alternative Token Name

Proposal: Change token name to better tie into Shufflemint ecosystem.

Background: The current token name of $TWIGS relates well to Hoots but does not have any association to Shufflemint. As we add more options to Shufflemint that could possibly require $TOKEN an updated name could be helpful.
