Give More Governance Weight to Newly Earned Moons

Please note that this poll will not set any specific governance multiplier for newly earned Moons, but rather will serve to gauge community sentiment around giving more governance weight to newly earned Moons.

Assuming distribution is restarted using Moons from u/TheMoonDistributor, it is clear that users will not be able to earn as many Moons as they were before. In order to balance the discrepancy in the ability to earn governance power, there is the potential to give more governance weight to newly earned Moons compared to those earned up until now.
