CCIP-113 - Implementing pinned image posts

Following the pause of the banner customization, the mod team has been thinking of possible plan B. The easiest option to implement is introducing Pinned Image Posts as a new sponsorship option.

This CCIP will be voted on outside of Moon Week due to the suddenness of the situation.

Specificities:

• partners can get an image post pinned for a chosen amount of days

• an image can also be added to the sidebar whilst the image post is pinned for added visibility

• a short text can be added under the image or in a pinned comment under the image post, with the possibility of adding links for extra interactivity

• comments will be locked

• pricing will be the same as the banner's

• this new offer will replace banner days in the supporter package

Pros:

• image posts offer a good visibility due to their size but also the chance of having them reaching the main page with enough engagement

• it's an efficient way to replace the popular banner customization with a similar scheme

• the interactivity is enhanced compared to the banner which was not clickable

Cons:

• Image posts can appear differently depending on the platform used (mobile/PC)
