CCIP-108 - Community Picks

Community Picks is a system where people can burn Moons to earn perks and clout for their favorite crypto. It's kind of like the crypto version of this tipjar system. Perks will evolve over time, but here are 3 to start with:

• Inclusion in a "Community Picks" Top 10 list in the subreddit sidebar
• One extra discussion slot allowed by the topic limit rule
• A custom emoji on the r/CryptoCurrency subreddit, able to be used in comments or flairs

At launch, perks will be provided to the top 10 cryptos, but in the future there may be tier perks like for the top 3. Inclusion in the top 10 is based on which cryptos have had the most moons burned on their behalf. For example the 11th place crypto could burn more moons to take the 10th place slot. Fine print details:

• Mods will do their best to implement this system, but factors out of their control may happen and they will adapt if possible. For example if custom emojis are offered as a perk and reddit disables them next month, Mods are not held liable.
• Because human action may be required for perks, a delay or rate limit mechanism may be implemented to ensure the top 10 does not change too often for mods to keep up. Automation will be used wherever possible to avoid this.
• Perks may be adjusted by governance poll or mod discretion
• Burns can be supported on Arb Nova, Arb One, or any future chains for Moons
