CCIP-109 - Modify Banner Pricing with Discount

After discussion with a few other mods who are working in "banner sales" for lack of a better word, we would like to propose a discount for multiday banner rentals. You can find the current banner rental price here

Proposal

There is currently no discount for renting more than one day. The maximum rental period is two weeks. So, I would like to propose the following formula for discounts on consecutive multiday rentals:

Day 1: Full price Day 2-7: 40% discount off full price per day Day 8-14: 60% discount off full price per day

This formula keeps things simple, and offers a strong incentive for longer banners, which will hopefully help us avoid dead time in banner rentals.
