##Introduction This proposal calls for Crypto Savers Club (CSC) to post legal documents in a location and manner where members can easily access and download in read-only format. This includes all legal filings with all agencies, both pending and approved, in all countries where CSC is doing business. Allowing members to access these documents through CSC will provide ease and peace of mind for members who may not be able to navigate the complex mechanisms of government public records. Doing so will also ensure that members have the documentation they need in cases where it is impossible to access through public records. ##Objectives To ensure that members have the necessary legal documents so they may cross-check and validate their own financial dealings to ensure compliance with law and taxation. To promote full transparency and foster trust in CSC management. To provide members peace of mind that CSC operations are taking place in full compliance with the law in their respective countries. Background: For several months CSC management has stated that much work has gone into regulatory compliance for each country where business is being conducted. It would be helpful or even necessary for members to have this documentation in hand so that members may ensure their own finances and tax matters are compliant. Oftentimes CSC management has stated that CSC was waiting on regulatory compliance issues before releasing the internal swap or other means of accessing funds. It would be prudent for members to see the results and ongoing progress via documentation. Proposal: CSC shall post legal documentation, both pending and approved, for all agencies in all countries where CSC is doing business. Documents shall be posted in a manner where members can easily access and download in a read-only format, including on the CSC website. Doing so would be a significant step forward in enhancing the utility and user experience for CSC members, while ensuring transparency and peace of mind. Pros: Provides a direct and efficient method for CSC members to access documents for legal and tax purposes. Relieves members of the need to attempt navigating the complexities of government public records. Ensures transparency and fosters trust that members’ funds are being handled in full compliance with law. A voting process in the spirit of the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) strengthens the community-driven approach championed by CSC management. Reinforces the community-driven nature of the Crypto Savers Club, aligning with its ethos of transparency and options for users. Cons: None. ##Conclusion Call to Action: Members should vote yay or nay to have CSC post regulatory documentation as stated in the Proposal section. We look forward to the community's feedback and participation in the voting process.
