NFT collection to represent achievement at Coinbase

Even though I never want to work for another company or see any of my amazing colleagues leave, I understand that it will not always be possible (or forever) as everyone has their paths in life (Cass and Ed, you will be missed <3). It would be awesome if one could take a piece of exceptional feedback or somehow have an award reflected on the chain.

Often, I see people showcasing their certifications or references on Linked or through another centralized platform and working at a crypto-forward company. It would be fantastic if such accomplishments within Coinbase would be forever deflected in a decentralized public ledger.
