Idea: Coinbase is the product of an accelerator program. Lets accelerate blue-chip brands into web3 through CryptoU for Business. Workshops designed to onboard your executives, tailored around a business need. Some major businesses do this in reverse (eg Disney accelerator program).
Problem: Web3 tools as a marketing, commerce, and consumer loyalty engagement resource is flourishing even in a bear market (ex: Starbucks Odyssey) but brands who are not familiar with web3 tactics (and without sufficient case studies of success) have a hard time proving to their business that web3 is a viable solution to drive revenue + consumer engagement.
Proposal: I've enjoyed CryptoU as a passionate future degen. Part of the reason is CryptoU topics are summarized brilliantly with easy + quick links to application. The distilled summary also helps creatives and brand marketers come up with quick plug and play consumer engagement ideas for their business.
Our public facing tutorials on CB platforms (site, earn + learn, etc) are great as well but lack the "how" components and learn examples that Crypto U offers.
Thinking about onboarding executives in the brand/business enterprise space: could we beta CryptoU public offering with preferred business partners that we want to engage with. For instance, Coca-Cola & Coinbase Pay. Hasbro and CBNFT or CB Wallet + gaming. If we create mini-workshops for enterprise businesses (or their agencies) we want to be in business with but have web3 knowledge hurdles we could open engagement conversations through lunch & learn CryptoU. Invite only, targeted, free workshops curated to category business topics driving partnership/sales.
Rough outline EXAMPLE ONLY: Brief: HASBRO wants to leap into web3 as a new revenue stream for their larger IP franchises after learning about Mattel's Crypto Toys activation and sales - they don't know where to start. They have an internal exec panel charged with "learning about web3 and sourcing business opportunities" but it's 4/5th job task.
CryptU to host web3 Wednesdays. 1-2hr long sessions for HASBRO executives only where over the course of 1month onboard their executives with the HOW of web3 tailored to their business. Class 1: Wallet + NFTs Class 2: Gaming (with wallet / NFT applications) Class 3: How to drive revenue through gaming + NFTs (and the CB tools you'll need to get there). Class 4: Creative brainstorm: consumer loyalty and revenue concepts for Monopoly.
