Should the Piggy Bank sweep the Cuddle Bears floor?

There are generally mixed views on floor sweeping.

Some may say it is an artificial way to temporarily boost the sales and floor price, therefore it is not worth the money. Some say it is beneficial to the community and is an easy way to boost our numbers on charts such as Icy.tools.

We will dedicate 1-3 ETH on this floor sweep. If the community decides to sweep the floor, we will have a secondary vote for how much Ethereum will be spent. Gas included.
