Note that although we are voting for the final winner, we will work with the winner to make any necessary changes and edits in order to fit criteria required for certain applications. After all, it must be suitable for a wide range of scenarios as the logo of the blockchain.

We have also decided to change the voting mechanism for this vote. Although 1 vote per wallet could be considered an equaliser, it's also not foolproof, and we have reverted to weighted voting. However rather than pure, token balance votes, we have opted for quadratic voting. This diminishes the returns of a higher CULT balance, so the more tokens you have, the less voting power you receive per CULT.

This allows everyone to vote, while maintaining an element of "anti-whale" bias.
