Cult Liquidity Revamp

This proposal aims to address lacking liquidity for the existing tokens.

The Cult DAO has around 9000 FTM to deploy into liquidity pools.

If this vote passes, we will deploy this FTM to three pools on spooky.fi

1. CULT/FTM
2. xCULT/FTM
3. CANDLE/FTM

The amounts will be decided by Funeral and myself (Maxus).

This may include the purchase of CULT and xCULT. No CANDLE will be purchased as the DAO multisig holds over 180k CANDLE.

At this time, no liquidity will be burned so we can move it to other dexes in the future. (i.e. Shadow Dex).

Vote yes to allow us to deploy these funds as we see fit. Vote no if you have reasons to think we should not deploy funds to these pools.
