Mint Schedule & Mint2Earn Revenue for CB holders

In order to:

1. retain a healthy floor price
2. increase demand on marketplaces
3. add a new revenue stream for CB holders
4. consistently grow our DAO treasury

I suggest that we split the mint into 3 phases, that way we can leverage future milestones to increase demand and consistently grow our treasury which benefits all holders in the future. Additionally all CB holders will receive 20% of all minting revenue generated in phase 2 and phase 3.
